Your Opportunity

As an Associate UX Researcher at New Relic, you will partner closely with design, product, and engineering to advocate for the user experience. The discoveries you make will help drive the future of New Relic, and the support you give to our design team will guarantee we have the most user-centered product on the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with more senior researchers to provide support on high-impact projects
  • Scope research projects and develop clear/detailed research plans/proposals that outline the research goals, hypotheses, participant characteristics and methods
  • Conduct research with our users and customers, and maybe also non-users and potential users, to help us better understand who they are and what they need
  • Execute on qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Communicate research insights, to cross-functional teams in creative ways to increase customer centricity

Your Qualifications

  • Experience working as a researcher on collaborative projects (research for school projects is acceptable)
  • Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics, User Testing
  • Knowledge of UX research methods and tools, curious about complexity
  • Desire to grow your skills as a researcher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
