We are looking for a passionate and solution focussed individual to join our team of user researchers who are leading the way in providing customer insight and involvement in the designing, building, and delivering of our digital services for our millions of users.
This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, skills, and knowledge by being at the forefront of a major digital transformation project within Companies House. Your role would be to support the product delivery team in shaping our services to meet the everchanging demands of the UK’s business landscape. Building good working relationships is key and you would be expected to work collaboratively across different teams.

The team of user researchers, who you would be joining, work in an open, iterative, and collaborative way in a multidisciplinary team. They are a part of the wider Product Delivery team and together we play a key role in the design, delivery, and management of our services within Companies House.
Our user researchers work with colleagues across our organisation to scope, design and carry out research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the people that use the service.
You would be joining a team with an abundance of expertise and passion for user research, so you will be completely supported in your journey to acquiring and refining your current experience and skills.
