We are looking for a confident UX designer who is experienced in creating beautiful user-focused design solutions across a range of sectors. They will be working to a clear brief, with an established brand identity, to re-think the user journeys and improve the online experience.

The right candidate will be able to define, drive and own the solutions end-to-end, working with clients, as well as our creative and tech (with support from the rest of the team). They should be passionate about creating simple design solutions from complex systems & processes, have an understanding of design systems and patterns and ideally have some understanding of accessibility.

Location: Remote (with access to London as and when required)

A day in the life of a 'Lead UX Designer':

  • Immersion in research outputs and existing client preparatory material
  • Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs to create intuitive user-friendly experiences.
  • Developing the wireframes into UI designs. The UI will need to follow/create a clear componentized structure and digital style guide. Working in Figma.
  • Presenting to the team and to the client.
  • Delivering documentation & user-friendly guides for tech/content teams.
  • Running and facilitating user research activities and present findings back to stakeholders and team members
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to push boundaries, taking inspiration from technology, research, SEO, and behavioural science.

  • Self-starting and proactive. But can recognise when to ask for further guidance and support.
  • Knowledgeable of user-centred design principles, visual design, user behaviour, interactions.
  • Confident to make good design decisions and to present solutions to other members of the team and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborator, facilitator and communicator
