UX Research at Blue sits at the intersection of Software, Aerospace and Manufacturing Technology, as our team is responsible to develop technology solutions to manufacture and operate rockets and Space infrastructure. Our UX Researchers serve to help define to solve, as well as working with business partners to help determine the product roadmap and the impact of proposed UX solutions.

Blue is undertaking a lot of monumental projects right now, including the first commercial space station for humanity (https://lnkd.in/gDFF4k6T). For this role, this person will represent the human-experience perspective in technological solutions that enable the design, manufacturing, operating, and experiencing of space technologies and environments. As a UX Researcher they will need to think strategically, be creative, and negotiate design solutions in relation to business goals. Help collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and online experiments. They will identify and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research and help advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.
