At Lyft, our mission is to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.
As metropolitan cities grow, Lyft aims to transform the way people move through these cities. Essential to this goal is creating an understanding of people and their transportation needs. Understanding people means exploring their attitudes, behaviors, and the relations between them.
