We’re looking for quantitative user experience researchers who can help us measure customer experiences on a global scale for multiple brands, across devices and platforms, in a dynamic and collaborative environment for a 6-month temporary assignment. As a Quantitative User Researcher I working on our CX Measurement Team, you will work with designers, analysts, product managers, and engineers to measure the attitudes, experiences, and interactions across all Expedia Group’s marketplaces. You will use quantitative research techniques, such as survey development and distribution, experimental design, statistics, and should have a working knowledge of psychometrics.
Please note contractors are engaged to provide services to Expedia Group on a temporary basis in connection with a specific assignment. Contractors are hired and employed through Atrium, our third-party payrolling partner.
