Role: UX Researchers

‍Where: REMOTE ALLOWED

‍Duration: Open-ended month contract to hire

‍About The Team

‍This role is more than just the UX, this is full CX and dealing with customer at every touch point, adding information into system, getting information into the system

• Meeting with product teams
  

Campus experience team – this team is responsible for all design work for how this company will power their associate experience and all campus hubs across the enterprise. Examples: Associates may take as they come into office to parking spot to desk, breaks, order lunch, have it delivered to desk, as they are leaving the building. Building experience across application as whole.

• Knowledge of mobile capabilities
  

Candidate should have some UX Engineering experience – some development background. How to do we build reusable code that matches us with design system.

• Mobile native and web responsive
  

There is a team that does all of the research for this team, but some research experience is a plus

• Personas and journey maps – real estate arm that they have been working with and can use some of that research
• Insight driven instructions – machine learning, AI, what is being exposed to user
  

Required Skills:

Required Skills – ALL PRODUCT DESIGNER ROLES:

• Strong Product Design skills – both UX and UI/Visual design skills
• UX Research – they will work with the UX Research team

• Be able help shape research and will need experience in creating journey maps
• All roles must be able to partner with research, consume research draw insights from research to influence design decisions

• Design system in place – will need experience utilizing a design system
• Information architecture
• Site maps, user flows
• Wireframing
• Prototyping - Experience in both LOW and HIGH fidelity prototyping – they go directly to high a lot for existing products, but for new products, will do wireframes or low fidelity to get it out for quick testing

• Visual hierarchy needs to be solid – need to be able to show and present to stakeholders

• Figma is preferred (but open to other similar tools if candidate is willing to use Figma, can easily pick it up)
• Experience in designing for web, desktop and mobile
• Enterprise level experience is a must
  

Other Design Skills

• Native mobile experience is REALLY preferred for majority of the roles - both Android and iOS

• Understanding of mobile design patterns
• Understanding of Android Material guidelines
• Understanding of iOS Human Interface guidelines

• Experience working on complex workflows
• Experience in designing around large data sets - data visualization
  

Other General Skills:

• Presentation skills, good communication skills – all roles will need to present to stakeholders
• Need to be able to communicate Design thinking process
• Empathy
• Comes in with question, comes in with intent
• Critiques – be able to dig into critique and ask questions – be able to take feedback, think on their feet, go with the flow
• Receive feedback – Be able to stand behind decision – defend design decisions
• Solution oriented
• Ability to interface with a lot of people, multiple product teams at times
