Our digital Customer Experience Optimization team is looking for a Senior/Lead User Researcher with strong skills in unmoderated and moderated remote user research methods. You will play a key role in our business by fueling our website re-design, AB testing, campaign/customer messaging, and product roadmap efforts with methodologically robust and actionable user testing insights, including (among others): Preference testing, click testing, card sorting, copy testing, etc.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for the delivery of CX research projects from research instrument design down to reporting. While your focus lies in CX testing, we expect that you can also engage in a wider range of behavioral (web analytics, heatmapping, session recording) and attitudinal (questionnaires, pop-up surveying, user interviews) research methods.
The role might oversee the activities of 1-3 mid-level user researchers and report into our Head of Neuro-Research. Opportunities to work on in-lab studies in various countries might be given, depending on business needs and safety restrictions.
We are a small team and need someone senior who can hit the ground running, who is comfortable with methodologies and has a strong focus on high quality deliverables (reports, presentations). This will be a lead role with up to three reports.
If you feel you match the criteria, we are keen to hear from you! It is an exciting time to join us now as you will get to work on a variety of different projects and have the opportunity to shape our team and processes.
