What You’ll Do

Directing a group of passionate user researchers, you will work closely with design and product teams to develop our human-centered strategy, putting a deep understanding of travelers at its heart.

Using a range of methods to bring user needs, attitudes and behaviors to life, you will collaborate in the iteration of concepts to deliver the best possible experiences.

Who you are

You'll be someone who loves human-centered design and has a passion for the research required to make it possible, including:

  • Five to 10 years related professional experience with a suitable advanced degree. Eight or more years of experience if no advanced degree
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and mentorship. People management experience preferred but not required.
  • Expert in many of the following methodologies, familiar with all: Usability studies (lab and remote), biometrics, surveys, interviews, focus groups, heuristic evaluations, card sorting, experimental design
  • Able to moderate or field research studies, analyse data, report on research, and design research studies independently. Strength in one or two advanced research methodologies.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of human-centred design including research moderation or fielding, research design, data analysis and research reporting.
