In this role, you will be responsible for bringing the user experience, market, and competitive insights to the teams delivering a range of experiences that persist within and across the Microsoft 365 portfolio. Our team takes this influence seriously, and we are actively innovating our research practices to ensure inclusion and equity in our product making decisions. Our success in doing so is dependent on building and supporting teams that include people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, who can challenge each other’s assumptions with fresh perspective. Your experiences and your demonstrated skill sets are far more important than your level. If you are interested, please apply regardless of your years of experience.
