โEthos is a new kind of life insurance built for people who don't have time for fine print, extra doctor's appointments or hidden fees. We have transformed a 15 week process of paper applications and medical exams, into just the click of a button - by quantifying the userโs health risk using predictive models.
Our investors include Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, Google Ventures, Softbank, Jay-Z, Kevin Durant, and Robert Downey Jr. We have been listed on CNBC's 100 startups to look out for and Forbesโ top 50 Fintechs of 2020, as well as featured on Forbes for being one of Sequoia Capital's key investments. We have raised over $400MM to date, are growing quickly, and looking for passionate people to protect the next million families.
โAt Ethos, we care deeply about our customers and families we serve. As our sole UX Researcher, you will be laying the foundation for UX Research at Ethos. This means you will establish the processes that shape your work and growth!
You will foster a collective understanding of the user needs that drive the product development process. Ranging from concepts all the way to implementation; the primary research, ethnography, and usability testing you do will be continuously integrated into the product. Your insights and perspective will also lead to new products and features.
Everyone is welcome at Ethos. We are an equal opportunity employer who values diversity and inclusion and look for applicants who understand, embrace and thrive in a multicultural world. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
