At Ethos, we care deeply about our customers and families we serve. As our sole UX Researcher, you will be laying the foundation for UX Research at Ethos. This means you will establish the processes that shape your work and growth!
You will foster a collective understanding of the user needs that drive the product development process. Ranging from concepts all the way to implementation; the primary research, ethnography, and usability testing you do will be continuously integrated into the product. Your insights and perspective will also lead to new products and features.
