LiveScore Group are looking for a highly talented, responsible and experienced User Researcher to help take our sports media and betting products to the next level.

Reporting to the Head of Product Design, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop a research culture within our product and design teams, which will play an integral part in the future development of our products.

As our Senior UX Researcher, you will have expertise in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods; organising, planning and facilitating sessions remotely and in-person with real customers.

You will be comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and disciplines from both across the business and externally, presenting back findings and recommendations to all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a range of research methods and tools that ensure the business' intuitions, assumptions and ideas are validated with real users, and provide value to our customer base
  • Carry out research at all levels of the Product Life Cycle using the methods that you've helped to develop; you'll be just as comfortable carrying out big discovery research initiatives as you will be AB testing two types of form input field
  • Produce recommendations based on your findings and help to prioritise these into product backlogs, challenging existing plans where necessary for the good of the customer
  • Work closely with UX, UI designers, product owners and other stakeholders to help gather requirements, running workshops where necessary with colleagues and customers.
  • Ensure your research and recommendations balance the needs of both the business and the customer

Key Skills/Experience

  • 3 years minimum experience in a User Research role, either agency-side or part of an inhouse team
  • Experience planning and facilitating your own research sessions
  • An avid sports fan that consumes sports content on a daily basis
  • Comfortable carrying out testing both in person and remotely
  • Experience with remote testing tools, such as Usertesting.com or UserZoom
  • Strong communication and presenting skills; happy to present testing strategies and findings to large and small groups

Desirable

  • Experience working in sports, media or gaming
  • Experience conducting research in international markets
