Realtor.com seeks a Senior User Researcher, to help us create and evaluate industry leading real estate websites and apps.
The right candidate should be an expert in user research from uncovering deep insights about behaviors and needs, to testing solutions. You should also have experience with designing/launching new products and measuring customer satisfaction. You communicate insights and results as actionable recommendations, inspiring improvements to new and existing products.
As a member of the User Research team, you will work closely with product managers, designers, marketing and sales teams to identify research needs, plan and execute studies, and advocate for our users in all stages of product development.
This role will partner with key stakeholders to gather insights needed for identifying home buying stage and intent and guiding them through the journey with appropriate next steps. The candidate will also be responsible for leading research to help reduce friction in lead experiences, and helping connect consumers to professional experts as and when needed in their journey. Additionally, this role will lead consumer and customer research needed to enhance property data and content experience on realtor.com.
