We are looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher ideally with a background in financial services, but if not some corporate experience. You will be focusing on product research, customer discovery, service design, decision engines and conversion. A proven track record of translating insights into actual product features and service designs that inspire internal users is key.
You should have hands-on experience conducting mixed methods of research individually as well as partnering with agencies.
Work cross-functionally with design, HR, product management, policy, comms, content strategy, engineering and marketing teams to build a new continuous learning product.
Design hypotheses and lead studies that examine both user behaviour and attitude.
Generate actionable insights that fuel ideation and evaluation of our product directions
Conduct large scale customer discovery sessions to unlock what users actually need.
Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways.
Command of a broad set of qualitative, quantitative and user-centred design methods
Strong understanding of quantitative, behavioural analysis and statistical concepts
5 + years experience in user-centred product and service research
Comfortable working as a day-rate contractor in a corporate environment and able to make a positive contribution in the environment.
Experience in discovery tools, learning management systems or enterprise applications would be great.
