Benefits Data Trust (BDT) seeks an inquisitive, compassionate Senior UX Researcher who wants to apply their drive to improve the user experience and positively affect other’s lives. As part of our Design team, the Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for uncovering user needs through primary and secondary research and collaboration with stakeholders. Insights provided by the Senior UX Researcher will help our teams build products that are more meaningful, intuitive, and impactful to our users. The ideal candidate believes in data-informed design, thrives on tackling complex problems, and advocates accessibility and inclusivity.
Based in our Center City Philadelphia office, the Senior UX Researcher reports to the Design Manager.
Due to COVID-19, BDT is operating under a remote-working protocol, following governmental requirements and CDC guidelines. While this job will begin as fully remote, when BDT determines it is safe to do so based on public health recommendations, we will move back into our Centre Square office. At that time, all Philadelphia-based staff are expected to transition back into the office.
