Now, we’re searching for a passionate Senior UX Researcher to join the Product team and to write product copy for our consumer-facing trading platforms. In this role, you will influence messaging, tone, and the overall experience of millions of users, with high visibility and high impact. The UX Researcher will work closely with UI/UX designers, UX writers, product managers, and engineers to help our business and customers succeed.

How the daily work looks like:
- Identify and prioritize short-term and long-term research that delivers impact
- Conduct research throughout the product life-cycle from early stage generative research, through iterative concept or prototype testing, and post-launch measurement by using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as field research, diary studies, surveys, user/usability testing (remote and in-person), ideation workshops, and any other methods you find impactful
- Review, analyze, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data to produce strategic insights, and applicable recommendations that shape how product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy
- Work closely with product teams to identify research initiatives
- Build the processes and toolkit for UX research inclusive of above methods
Ideal candidate must have
- 3+ years of experience with Product organizations
- Deep understanding of different qualitative and quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
- Ability to speak to and educate teams about user research
- Experience independently leading projects from planning through delivery
- Excellent story-telling abilities and presentation skills
- Comfort with ambiguous, complex problems
- Undergraduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field OR comparable UX research experience
- Fluent English, Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory
- Willing to travel from time to time, mainly to Beijing
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior UX Researcher
