Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our user experience, research team. In this role, you’ll work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to conceive of and create the next generation of our products and services.

You’ll work to optimize our customer’s experience and turn insights into actionable recommendations that make a difference for our customers. We measure researchers’ success by the number and quality of product improvements initiated by their research work.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Partner with Product Leaders to define product development goals and timelines for upcoming quarters

  • Partner with UX Designers to create design solutions for our products, including mobile, based on customer data
  • Using tools like InVision and, test mockups and prototypes of our Products with both local and remote research participants
  • Compile and review research results and create presentations to report key findings to stakeholders; make recommendations based on those findings
  • Proactively review product metrics/analytics regularly and identify opportunities for improvements to the product’s user experience
  • Conduct surveys and follow-up interviews with current and canceled customers; identify and explore opportunities for product improvement.
  • Partner with our Customer Support to identify, prioritize and address user experience related issues including exploring possible solutions


  • 5-7 years UX Research experience
  • Adept at user-centered design and research methodologies
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Curious and creative; enjoy exploring complex issues and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with the rapid iterative design process
  • Great communication skills (clear communicator)
  • Ability to blend both quantitative and qualitative data into the product design process
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design or related field
