We are a leader in automotive navigation company based in beautiful Santa Clara, CA. We are working to create systems that connect our cars with the other systems that we are so used to in our daily lives through integrating smart phones and cloud services into the cars of the future! Due to our project goals, we are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of experience conducting applied product research to physical products and have background with qualitative, quantitative and UX research. Huge plus if you are from the automotive or transportation industries.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be creating research operations and the required documentation to conduct a series of studies on our line of products and how a variety of users interact with them. This will involve surveys, usability studies, and longer term projects to help us better understand user interaction and needs to ensure we can continue to evolve our products for optimized user experience. While this will be a very collaborative position with cross-departmental teams, it will be highly autonomous on the specifics of your position as you conduct the necessary research throughout the project process.
