We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join Procore’s Product Design organization. In this role, you’ll conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to drive business strategy and improve our existing user experience. As an experienced user researcher, you’ll define, lead, and execute high-impact studies while advancing research understanding, practice, and culture at scale. Your work will significantly impact the Design and Product and Technology (P&T) organizations and the company at large. As a successful Senior UX Researcher, you’re a gifted collaborator passionate about evangelizing the value of user research across a company. You have a knack for actionable storytelling that delights cross-functional audiences. ‍What you’ll do:

Lead mixed-methods user research
Contribute to research strategy through the delivery of research roadmaps
Partner internally with other insight-driven units to triangulate and strategize
Confidently partner, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across business areas and leadership levels
Support the professional development of other UXR team members while inspiring others to lead their user research studies
Coach and drive best practices per democratized user research program
Innovate unique approaches to conducting and scaling user research; facilitate improved research operations
Adapt continuously to a high-growth environment and handle complexity with grace

What we’re looking for:

Please submit a portfolio (and password if applicable) with your application
5+ years of experience
An advanced degree is desirable or equivalent work experience
Fluency in research best practices and software (i.e., Qualtrics, etc.)
Experience with democratized UXR programs
Confident speaker, presenter, and/or visual storyteller
Ability to influence stakeholders and uphold rigor
Experience in high-growth companies preferred
Enterprise software and/or construction knowledge is a plus
