To support our growth and commitment to hiring exceptional performers, we are looking for a Senior UX Researcher based in EMEA .We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to evolve our research organization, implement pragmatic research studies and experiments, work seamlessly with product teams, and produce breakthrough actionable insights.

Leveraging your experience in the area, and working with the other experienced teams, you’ll help set up a nimble research practice that covers both qualitative and quantitative methods.

You’ll balance rigor and pragmatism, to provide insights that inform future action in product discovery and delivery. You will engage in both exploratory and evaluative research, to support both the current decision processes and identify new opportunities for value creation.

Job Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Drive user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, lab usability studies, heuristic evaluations, etc.;
  • Deliver and communicate actionable research findings;
  • Document and present insights based on research analysis;
  • Work with the UX lead to identify and address critical usability issues;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX Research practice;

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in research field (quantitative and qualitative);
  • Experience conducting user experience research initiatives;
  • Experience setting and measuring success metrics;
  • Experience creating, running and analyzing usability tests;
  • Ability to identify research opportunities and setting research questions;
  • Understanding of quantitative methods and behavioral analysis;
  • Proven ability to translate extensive and complex information into meaningful insights;
  • Experience on measurement and reporting of research insights;
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in multicultural environment;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Nice to have experience working in tech business with agile methodologies;

Nice to have (What separates the best from the rest)

  • Experience with multidisciplinar UX teams;
  • Previous experience with UX Research, cognitive/behavior research, UX Design;
  • Experience in the tech environment. Understand the engineering “language”
