We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to support our growing demand for UX research in the Identity and Access team at Elsevier. As a key part of this team, we do UX research to better understand the needs of our users and institutions who subscribe to our products.
As a Senior UX Researcher, your work will range from ethnographic style product discovery to usability testing and quantitative analysis on prototypes and live products. You'll decide and suggest the most appropriate methodologies to use and ensure findings are communicated to your immediate team and beyond.
