We’re looking for an experienced UX Researcher with a focus on qualitative methods to join our User Experience team. Boomi is poised for exponential scale and growth in 2022, and this role is an addition to the User Experience Organization, which sits at the core of the Company’s growth strategy.
We want someone who takes initiative, as well as feedback. In addition to working under the guidance of the Head of UX Research Strategy and Operations, you’ll be working side-by-side with UX Design peers to sometimes drive, and sometimes support the research activities they perform. We’re a fluid, collaborative product team: you’ll also be working closely with Engineers, Product Content creators, Program Managers, and Product Owners. Additionally, you’ll be establishing relationships with the users of our platform: both internal users, and external customers.
We are currently a fully-remote company, due to COVID-19, and will remain a remote-friendly company once we can safely return to site. We are headquartered in Chesterbrook, PA, and have product teams that were colocated, in Philadelphia PA, Cambridge MA, and Exeter UK offices — when it’s safe to do so, occasional travel will be required (<10% travel).This role reports to the Senior Manager of User Experience Research.
