We’re currently looking for a Senior UX researcher to join our Business Product.
You will be a key member of the UX Research team, and responsible for foundational and directional research across the product, working with different cross-functional feature teams. Our Business app helps business customers manage their profile description, gain insights into their consumer reviews, and showcase their reputation. We help businesses get and keep customers by continually learning and improving with feedback.
As a team you will frame opportunities, conceptualise, explore and iterate your way to delivering value for the millions of people and businesses using Trustpilot. You will solve challenging and stimulating research problems, as well as identifying opportunities to improve our user experience across products.
You will be part of the Design & Research team for Business, reporting to the UX Research Manager, and together be responsible for delivering world-class research. You will also work with the wider user research, product design, and design system teams to create a stronger link between understanding user problems and business opportunities in product. This is a great opportunity for an experienced researcher to grow, learn and have an impact at a technology company.
The Trustpilot Design & Research team, part of the Trustpilot R&D (product development) organisation. The team collaborates with and supports each other with design critiques, design studios, deep dive sessions, and more structural initiatives like a shared design system.
