The Sr. Researcher in the RRD Research department will support User Research and Market Research studies utilizing a variety of methodologies, for a variety of clients.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of research studies, including preparing participant recruiting deliverables, reviewing or writing recruiting screeners and session guides, logging for studies, back-room management, managing video outputs, pulling participant quotes, and supporting or conducting analysis and reporting
- Lead research studies, as assigned, including facilitating, client and project team management, and owning all research deliverables associated with assigned studies
- Ability to identify usability issues, actively participate in affinity diagramming sessions, discuss emerging themes, and directly interact with clients
- Exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality deliverables on time and on budget
Required Skills
- 4 year Bachelor's degree in psychology or market research
- 5+ years experience or demonstrated ability to perform job
- 5+ years of experience supporting and leading some client-side or agency research engagements (leading kick-off meetings, authoring screener and session guides, facilitating, analyzing results, authorizing reports, and presenting research results)
- Superb organization skills, communications skills, and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of research, UX, and CX methodologies, and approaches
- Ability to interface directly with clients
