We are looking for a Staff UX Researcher to play an important role in helping us tackle our users' most pressing challenges and uncover their unmet needs. In this role, you will play a key part in helping define and mature the practice of UX Research at Reverb, while driving and executing research for the product squads with whom you collaborate. The insights you uncover while engaging with customers, internal users and partners will fuel the product team's passion for the problems they are solving. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Design and UX Research. We are open to remote hires within multiple states as well as candidates local to Chicago, IL [who are comfortable traveling to an office at least 2 days per week].
