An international apparel organisation is searching for a UI/UX Researcher. In this position, you will be responsible for performing research for various brands to gain an understanding of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and product teams to review business goals
  • Perform research that supports business and design goals
  • Implement qualitative meaning to quantitative findings
  • Support in developing effective research procedures
  • Gain strong customer awareness to support internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in human-centred design or cognitive psychology
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity in survey design or ab testing statistics
  • Experience in UX design is a plus
  • Business level English and Japanese
