dunnhumby is looking for a User Experience Manager to define and execute our User Experience strategy, aligning it to the wider User Experience vision and ensure that we have the right people, resources, and toolkits in place in order to build best in class user experiences.

You will lead a team of passionate and engaged User Experience Designers, through day-to-day line management as well as clearly defined and communicated vision and leadership, and ensure standards and quality of all product User Experience through mentoring and reviewing of UX Team projects. You will also own the User Experience of one or more dunnhumby products, ensuring that best-in-class user experience is embedded within the product and aligned with the wider dunnhumby Media Component Library and user experience guidelines.

What We Expect From You

  • Solid experience in User Experience (UX Design)
  • Proficiency with Sketch and Abstract. Knowledge of Overflow, Invision, Miro, Gitlab and Adobe it’s a plus
  • A good eye for aesthetics and clean visual and UI design sense
  • Experienced in Work Delivery Oversight
  • Strong experience with Identifying and Managing Stakeholders
  • The ability to take ownership of the full design process
  • Knowledge of working in an agile fashion, such as Scrum or Lean.
  • Build and lead a high-performing UX team across multiple locations
