Key Responsibilities Include

  • Build relationships with users, recruit participants, plan and schedule user research and usability testing.
  • Apply a broad range of techniques - using both formal methodologies, and informal ‘guerilla’ opportunities.
  • Analyse, communicate, and action user insight - influencing peers, seniors, and stakeholders.
  • Leverage analytics, A/B testing, databases, and other sources of data.
  • Monitor metrics to evaluate user experience, and maturity of user-centered practice.
