User Experience Researcher (Contract/Freelance)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic mid-level User Experience (UX) researcher for a 3 month contract or on a full-time freelance basis to join our diverse and collaborative 100-strong London based team.

This is a great opportunity to join our fast moving, passionate teams across product, design and tech where you will have a unique and significant role researching, learning and testing to gather customer insights, putting users at the heart of our design and development processes.

We are City Pantry, and we’re on a mission to change the way people work - both in the office and at home. We believe that good food helps people work closer, however far apart. So, now more than ever, we need a team of passionate people to drive our mission forward and make working life better, one meal at a time. And we need people like you to be a part of our food revolution.

We are delivering thousands of meals every day across the UK to some of the world’s most iconic brands – Google, Facebook, Spotify and Buzzfeed, to name a few. We’re working with a world of kitchens; with a plethora of the best independent chefs, street vendors, specialist caterers, restaurants and supper clubs, UK wide.

We are currently a team of 90, with offices based in St Pauls, London (however, we're all remote at the moment). Our culture is vibrant, fun and foodie. Monthly ‘All-Hands’ are balanced with our monthly ’Gin and Learn’s’. Targets are important, but they’re not the be-all-and-end-all. The goal is to build relationships, to have fun and to promote healthy office cultures.
