User Experience Researcher

Under the direction of the team lead, the UI/UX researcher will work with our team of visual designers to create a seamless end-to-end user experience for an enterprise client looking for fresh, innovative work that improves the online experiences for complex, diverse audiences. The UI/UX team will work within a well-established component and template library, strict compliance requirements, and rigorous brand standards. From within that framework the overall goal will be to thoughtfully push the boundaries of the overall experience, create new capabilities and functionality, and better connect multiple digital experiences to their target audiences.


  • Design and conduct user feedback design studies, in both moderated and unmoderated settings
  • Produce and host user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
  • Conduct data analysis to gain an understanding of user needs and existing workflows
  • Distill survey and testing results into actionable takeaways for both internal and client design teams
  • Continually assess overall design library for testing opportunities
  • Build and maintain an overall library of learnings and feedback data points for designers to reference
  • Serve as an internal SME on research best practices for the target audience

Required skills:

  • 4+ years of experience with task analyses, qualitative research, and usability testing
  • 4+ years of experience with user centered design and testing
  • Experience in working with users to collect and document user requirements and creating user interface design specifications
  • Experience in working closely with designers and process engineers developing applications and web interfaces
  • Experience with conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing, and designing or developing user surveys to obtain user feedback
  • BA or BS degree in a related field


At least 4 years of related experience.
