As a User Experience Researcher, you will deliver insights about our users, products, or competitors to help the User Experience Team to build its experimentation roadmap. This team is in charge of the continuous improvement of the user experience and business performance of Decathlon UK on the web, mobile & tablet.
To help you in this mission, you will be accompanied by several colleagues in data analysis, optimization and UX.
The experimentation team is under development and in an extremely favorable context. One of the priorities for Decathlon is to improve access and use of our services for our UK customers. Your research will have a visible and measurable impact!
As part of the UX team, you will bring the user's vision to projects through your experience and analysis. You will help identify why our users are using our services or not.
You will be able to look at session recordings, heatmaps, scrollmaps, and deep online user journeys thanks to CRO tool.
You will also test new concepts or interfaces thanks to user testing, guerilla testing, focus group, or analyzes of online questionnaires.
Your experience in ergonomics and UX will allow you to advise the experimentation team to further improve our proposals. You will intervene mainly at the start of the optimization process, in the research phase to guide our experimentation hypotheses. You can also intervene during the design phase to support the designer or to test a prototype before iterating. Subsequently, all proposals will be tested via A / B tests to verify the impact at scale.
Your skills in ergonomics and user testing are essential. You will have to plan, write the scripts, carry out, and present the results of your analyzes. You have the ability to convince and to propose solutions thanks to your experience.
You have time to update your knowledge and to exchange with other international teams where sharing is constant.
