Are you a strong and hardworking UX Researcher who has a clear vision on how to gain deep insights and find user problems? We would love to hear from you!

As a User Experience Researcher you will work with our design, product and engineering teams to develop and execute primary research. Our user research focuses on both the discovery and evaluation stages of the product development cycle, with insights being used to drive product development.

You will convert research findings into relevant next steps and be a consummate advocate for the user while building consensus and encouraging product improvements.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Design, plan and conduct user research, employing methods such as: remote usability tests (moderated and un-moderated), concept tests, user interviews, field and diary studies, competitive evaluations, surveys, and other relevant methodologies.
  • Provide insight and vision to the teams based on the understanding of user needs and behaviours.
  • Lead in the translation of findings into impactful results, activating design thinking and concept making through facilitation.
  • Build positive relationships with Designers, Product Managers, Marketing, Analytics and Engineers to deliver impact to our products.
  • Synthesize research findings from other data sources (including market research, site analytics and secondary research) into relevant recommendations and measurable results.
  • Use existing data and metrics to build a holistic picture of our users and product touchpoints.

​Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Science or related field.
  • Expertise in, and knowing when to apply the range of research methods with experience in collecting and reporting quantitative measurements.
  • Practical experience in deploying qualitative and quantitative research methods throughout the product life cycle from conceptualization to launch.
  • Organized, able to act independently and able to switch between projects in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills is a must
