Onebridge is hiring a dynamic UX Researcher with experience in both research and design to work at our HQ’s in Indianapolis, IN.

UX Researcher | Quick Summary

As a member of our growing Enterprise App Dev Team, you will be charged with flexing both research and design muscles to contribute to the scope of innovation and execution needed as the team supports a Global Design Initiative impacting the future of healthcare around the world.

UX Researcher | Day-to-Day

In this role, you will perform quantitative and qualitative research using various methods such as surveys, card sorting, task observation, and interviews. You will transform findings into engaging mediums, analyzing, and presenting insights derived from research. This includes developing wireframes or clickable prototypes. Responsible for producing high fidelity designs using a variety of tools, including InVision, to support the development initiatives. As an integral member of the team, you will participate in Agile scrum ceremonies, and collaborate on design challenges and questions across the enterprise.

User Experience (UX) Researcher| Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of UX Research experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a front-end, user design roles.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies/process.
  • Experience leading projects.
  • Experience creating and executing research plans.
  • Experience with designs such as visual or human computer interaction - HCI.
  • Experience working with designers and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on design experience that you can draw upon when evaluating project effectiveness and usability.
  • Understanding of development patterns and design best practices.
  • CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Typescript, Bootstrap, Angular are nice to have.
