Understanding our customers is at the heart of our transformation. As our User Researcher you will be responsible for planning, designing and carrying out user research across our digital products and services.
You might not have considered a career in tech, but the research skills you developed while studying your degree (specifically in areas such as psychology) give you the perfect foundation to help shape digital products around our customers. You’ll use both quantitative and qualitative research methods to gain insights into customer needs and behaviours, and work with the wider digital team to translate these insights into the design of products, features and services.
Working across a range of products, you’ll get to see your research make a real difference to what we build. You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced team with loads of opportunities to learn from other people in the team. You’ll also have your manager’s support to develop your skills and progress your career.

Although you don’t need to have previous experience working in a digital department, a passion for technology and innovation is a must. Ideally, you’ll have some knowledge of user-centred design practices, and some experience of working in an agile development environment.
