User Researcher

We are looking for a number of User Researchers to join one of our public sector clients.

• 6 month initial contract - likely to extend
• Inside IR35
• 2 days on site at your local office, 3 days remote working

As a User Researcher You Will

• Must have extensive prior experience working independently in a senior researcher role with limited oversight.
• Individuals should meet the standard attributes required of a senior government researcher. eg expert at planning and leading a wide variety of user research methods (generative and evaluative) on complex services.
• Confident working in agile teams and in ambiguous settings and complex services
• Highly experienced at advocating for and building confidence in UCD practices amongst non technical audiences.
• Confident and experienced at multitasking and supporting multiple strands of research work simultaneously. Skilled at managing their time and prioritising work based on competing demands.
• Knowledgeable about ethical research practices, experienced at conducting primary research with vulnerable end users and using trauma informed practices.
