We have backgrounds in product and software development, design, architecture, research, music, and consulting and love a good debate about what is best for our clients’ long term financial future. There is a strong ethos of learning first hand from our clients, a curiosity to push boundaries, to explore both qualitative and quantitative data, and experiment.Nutmeg has a very flat organisational structure and ethos, giving you the opportunity to work closely with both the executive management team and all areas of the business to help drive innovation and genuinely valuable client experiences. You will help us scale and improve our approach to research, to suggest different methodologies to achieve the client understanding we need, and to enhance our decision making through research. You are someone that is excited about variety, working across an array of different challenges, whether it’s product or proposition strategy, or the fine detail of user journeys, evaluating prototype experiences or improving existing ones. You will have the ability to scope and run your own projects, but will have the input, coaching and feedback from our Lead researcher & Head of design when needed.
