Substantial is partnering with a renowned legal firm in the technology space on a discovery phase focused on investigation, alignment, and prototyping in preparation for an MVP design and build effort in a subsequent phase. The scope of work will include user interviews and synthesis as well as secondary research to round out discovery needs within lawyer, paralegal, and client audience groups. Design deliverables will include a report of research findings including core insights, design principles, and user archetypes. The discovery phase will last 6 weeks, followed by 8 weeks of design and build. We anticipate that this work will extend well beyond this initial scope and are looking for someone who can guide the client and help us to shape this work.
