Employee segment team
The Employee segment team was newly created in 2020. Focusing specifically on improving the experiences for all U.S. Bank employees, projects focus mainly on internal systems (sometimes external), the U.S. Bank intranet, DIY self-service applications, tech support portal, HR systems, Banker facing applications (including in-branch experiences and investment advisor applications). This segment is heavily oriented around service design and design thinking towards our approaches with solutions, looking for candidates with broad skillsets (more generalists than specialists). Most of the projects are web based, with potential mobile applications on the future horizon. Being a new space, team members have an opportunity to help shape, define, and grow the Employee Segment as we continue to mature and evolve.
The Sales and Onboarding Platform
The Sales and Onboarding Platform focuses on creating a consistent experience to focus on acquiring and onboarding new customers throughout all business lines. It provides a suite of reusable, common application, decisioning, and onboarding components. Unlike traditional business line-specific efforts, the Platform drives a “One U.S. Bank” user experience and establishes intuitive and efficient application, decisioning and onboarding experiences during the sales and onboarding process while saving the costs of duplicated efforts.
Global Treasury Management (GTM)
GTM is a team that works with medium- and large-sized clients. We create and manage the online banking platform called Singlepoint(SPT) that our corporate clients use to complete their business functions. $40+ billion dollars gets deposited into SPT every day. Our modernization efforts are focused on improving workflows across all areas of Singlepoint as well as introduce opportunities for automation. In addition to the day to day corporate banking needs, GTM also has teams that focus on new innovative products for our corporate clients.
This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 3 to 8 years minimum experience in UXDesign Research. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
