The role

A new role at Vestd in a growing Product team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand Vestd customers and the problems they face.

Your contribution within the Product Team will support the delivery of a first-class user experience which is intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

Combining confident and effective communication across the company with cross-functional stakeholders and the results of user research and analytics to embed feedback into the research process.


  • Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to deeply understand our customers and the problems they are facing.
  • Perform remote usability studies.
  • Leverage product analytics to analyse user behavioural data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Make sense of complex information and transform into easy to understand concepts.
  • Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in actionable, compelling and creative ways.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, engineers, customer success and marketing.

The core skills we are looking for are as follows, with bonus points on offer to help you really stand out from the pack


  • Two years’ plus UX research experience, preferably with SaaS or other software products.
  • Experienced in working within an agile environment and collaborating with software development teams.
  • Experience interpreting quantitative data from Google Analytics, FullStory or similar SaaS product analytics platforms.
  • Able to independently identify, plan and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp critical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility in adapting research to changing conditions, requirements, and timelines.
  • An excellent communicator who tells compelling stories drawn from research.

Bonus points

  • Experience with other disciplines of UX design, such as information architecture, wireframing, visual design, interaction design, prototyping, or UX writing.
  • Experience with collaboration and wireframing tools such as Miro or Figma.
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience of working in a remote team
  • An understanding of how equity works
