As a UX Researcher you will be expected to define and drive the future of our company products. This role will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting user research as well as assist our product teams in keeping the user at the forefront by delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team to better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop research plans and execute for strategic planning.
  • Identify and evaluate research topics by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform user research using methods such as card sorts, surveys, online usability tests, A/B testing, user interviews and focus groups.
  • Initiate contextual interviews with customers identifying key behaviors for company initiatives and journey mapping.
  • Create actionable insights for product teams by analyzing all quantitative and qualitative inputs.
  • Perform market, competitor and ethnographic research.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively share and document research results
  • Present research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
  • Partner with design to develop customer personas based on data gained from research.
  • Maintain client database that have enlisted to participate in user feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.


  • Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience) preferred.
  • Three or more years of UX research experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration (pricing is a plus!).
  • Experience with remote testing tools as well as moderated and unmoderated usability testing.
  • Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Possess strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions.
