Our UX Research team is at the heart of this venture, focused on understanding customer needs so we can get genius ideas into the hands of our customers. The UX Research community at Chase UK and the wider JP Morgan Chase community will help you do your best work. You'll have the opportunity to work with and learn from UX Researchers across the business through regular meetups, coaching, mentoring and our internal research tools.
We are looking for a User Experience Researcher to join us, reporting into the UX Research Manager. In this role, you will be working alongside designers, product, content and engineer committed to creating customer-led products and services. You will play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products. You will work with stakeholders across functions and levels and have impact at all stages of design and product development. You will lead and explore user behaviours and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, usability testing, and working closely with teams analysing behavioural/app data.
