About The Role

‍We are looking for a UX Researcher responsible for running discovery and evaluation research across our e-commerce platform and digital estate.The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of user experience research, from planning to execution, and practical knowledge of the full suite of UX Research techniques. You will be a team player with experience working within a progressive, collaborative Agile environment. Our dedicated Research Operations function will keep you focused on what you do best: phenomenal research.

‍What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role

Working with stakeholders to identify requirements and priorities for user research
Providing continual insights into our customers' world and finding opportunities to improve the experience
Generating and sharing meaningful research insights in compelling forms
Partnering with UX Designers at key stages of the research and design process
Crafting testing plans to facilitate appropriate recruitment requirements and study objectives
Working with the Experimentation team to turn research outputs into experimentation inputs
Working across the business to develop channels for both accessing and disseminating customer insights and research findings
Working with the team to help consolidate and store insights to enable learnings to be captured and shared across projects

What you will bring to be successful in this role

Experience in conducting UX Research in a commercial environment
Experience in collaborating with stakeholders and team members to help seek design challenges
Proven capability in all phases of usability testing
Confident and capable of communicating and explaining findings to a range of stakeholders through workshops, presentations, and other means
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment, producing quick results when needed
Extensive experience in a similar role
