UX Researcher
Salary between £50,000 - £60,000
We are currently recruiting for a UX Researcher to be a part of our innovative UX Research team. This role would be ideal for you if you are passionate about understanding people, and curious about the relationship between financial resilience and digital products.
Our UX Research team employs a variety of qualitative methods to obtain insight that impact the design of digital products and services that are used by millions of people. This includes field studies, depth interviews, co-design, accessibility research, card sorting, and usability studies. We value a diversity of perspectives from many different backgrounds, and we come from industry and academia, with roots in anthropology, design research, human-computer interaction design, human factors, and sociology, among others.
We are inclusive – we want applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Excited but not sure you tick every box? Research tells us that women, particularly, feel this way. So, regardless of gender, why not apply. And if you’re in a job share just apply as a pair. We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you.
Most of our people are smart working – spending around 60% of their time in our offices and 40% at home.
