Our next UX Researcher will be an integral part of our growing Research and Analytics team, working across a wide range of clients and projects.

This role is part of a growing team within a growing digital agency. It requires you to be both an exceptional research practitioner, and to help shape the way our research operations grow with the business. You’ll work across multiple clients and projects, helping teams gather insights that inform product strategy. You will bring the teams along on the journey of your discoveries and formulate your findings for presentation to our clients.
In addition to the value you will bring to our clients during project work, you will also play a role in developing and codifying our internal research processes and driving customer understanding for Modus marketing efforts.
