Amazon Business is looking for a UX Researcher to help reinvent how employees buy for work.
Businesses buy more than $1 trillion of everything from paper clips to DNA sequencers in the US alone. Launched in 2015, Amazon Business aims to do for offices, factories, hospitals, schools, and public agencies what Amazon.com did for everyday consumers—make buying easier, faster, and more efficient.
As a UX Researcher based in Austin, Texas you’ll join a fun, growing global team of user experience experts taking a fresh-eyed look at the complex world of business purchasing and trying to make it easier and more intuitive for everyone from receptionists to CEOs.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic researcher to explore the world of business customers and generate insights that connect product experiences to business customers. Your focus will cover all aspects of UX research, from learning more about our customers to uncover problems that need to be solved to validating the impact of our designs. You will work with other UX researchers to build the skills of the entire UX team to create a research-driven organization.
If you love getting to the “a-ha” moment, when the solution to a customer problem reveals itself in the data—then let’s talk.
This position can be done in either Austin TX or Seattle WAKey job responsibilities
