A Financial Solution platform for content creators is looking for a UX Researcher to join their growing team. The role will work collaborative with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts to understand the creator’s needs. Not only will you work closely with the Design Director to execute research projects but also provide guidance on using the correct research techniques for UX research. A successful candidate should be able to create detailed qualitative research reports and journey maps to provide essential insights.

Their office is located in Culver City and are seeking for candidates in a hybrid environment.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of professional experience leading user research
Experience conducting survey research including sample management, data analysis, and questionnaire development
Agile approach to conducting research roadmap
Strong communication and oral skills
Ability to work among cross-functional teams

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience working in fintech is a plus
Experience in a creator space is a plus
