Our CX Center of Excellence (CoE) provides CX services to Randstad by enabling the organization and teams to become human-centric and drive change agendas as representatives of users. We facilitate that deep understanding to guide us to the sweet spot where user needs are met and to achieve business goals.
Our team of UX Researchers provide a variety of services using qualitative and quantitative methods to achieve a deep understanding enabling product design and service design teams in their process and deliveries. Our methods include 1:1 interviews, surveys, usability tests, field studies, data studies and more. The research team uses user experience data to discover insights which the team governs and elevates to strategic guidance for our company’s products and services.
Randstad is looking for a UX Researcher who can plan and execute end-to-end explorative research for specific products or product areas and is able to raise the level of customer/user understanding of design- and product teams through strong communicative skills in delivering outcomes and insights of studies. Next to explorative studies the UX Research assists moderated and unmoderated tests on new design concepts to validate impact on the consumer’s experience. As Randstad is rapidly growing its products and services from a global to local perspective research is required all around the globe. A great candidate focuses on business impact and has a sense for applying rigor vs. pragmatic in their approach.
