You will gain first-hand insights into the innovative fields of web, mobile, and social games.Together with our team of researchers, you handle incoming research requests and take over operative research for our products. Especially through the execution of user interviews and tests, you will become the voice of the user within the company.Communication is key! As an extraordinary communicator you will easily pitch your results and ideas to all important stakeholders. With our business OKR’s in mind, you will contribute to the UXR team’s holistic strategy and its KPI’s, and the external and internal representation of the team.Tasks

Your tasks

Handle research requests and create test plans and design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
Collect, analyze, and translate qualitative and quantitative insights into suggestions that have a clear and direct impact on product development
Conduct research studies with various methods like in-house/remote playtests, questionnaires/surveys, and interviews
Expand our understanding of users and their psychology and motivation by using the results of your user research studies, and build on archetypes & personas
Work alongside cross-functional teams (UX design, product, graphics, content, legal, etc.) to build an outstanding experience for our players through defining research objectives for generative and evaluative research

Requirements

What we expect

Graduate in research-based and human behavior related field (e.g. human factors)
3+ years proven track record as a UX researcher, designing, running, and reporting on your own studies
Excellent skills in tools and languages for both qualitative and quantitative analysis
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
Project management skills
Very good consensus building, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent English and good German is mandatory, knowledge of French is very welcome
A focus on quantitative analysis, statistics, and the corresponding tools is a plus
