We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a UX researcher. In this role you’ll be exposed to a wide range of activities and technologies in a thriving and highly technical environment. You will discover how engineers work in different disciplines and cultures and what they need to help them do it.You will carry out user research to assist product development and improvement by discovering engineers’ work processes and what they need from their tools. You will enjoy getting an idea of what their work involves before you talk to them. You will be comfortable asking people to explain their work to you. You will develop user requirements from your research.
This role will work closely with others in the Digital Development team, with the wider Digital Technology Group and with colleagues in business groups and engineering teams. It reports to the senior designer who is based in Berlin, and you will be supported where needed by subject matter experts, technical specialists, and graphic designers in mixed ability teams.
