We are looking for a UX Researcher for our Digital Employee Experience team. You will work with a team of designers on strategic initiatives to help create and ship high-quality experiences, products, and services that Company workers will love. You will be the second researcher on our growing team.

Our team works on projects and initiatives across enterprise design, service design, and product design. We work with internal teams to develop easy-to-use enterprise applications and service touchpoints. Some of our current initiatives include resources for onboarding new employees, developing a framework for monitoring the employee experience across the employee lifecycle, and working with data to explore how we can help our employees maintain work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• As a UX Researcher, you’ll help our team understand user needs to inform design and prioritize our roadmap.
• You’re capable of designing and running research from selecting the appropriate methods to making sure your research has an impact.
• You will work collaboratively with designers to creatively articulate insights using visual frameworks.
• You can help facilitate debriefs and analysis that encourages fresh perspectives and new opportunities for improving the Employee Experience at the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related professional experience
• Ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to effectively communicate research findings to UX and non-UX audiences
• Ability to adjust research approach to fit timeline and resources constraints
• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and when to apply them
• Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, and adjusting to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience conducting UX research
• Experience with analytics and their use in guiding design
• Experience working with and influencing stakeholders outside of the design team
• Knowledge of the UX design process
• Knowledge of IT and Employee Services
• Experience working within a large organization
